UltraSORB^® Wiper, CleanWIPE^® S/P and/or ScrubCLEAN^®Sponge used in conjunction with the BenchCan can greatly reduce the amount of Hazardous Waste generated during a clean of Thick-Film/Solder Paste/Ink Mixing Equipment.

	Reduction of Wiper Usage Due to the foam characteristics of the UltraSORB® Wiper, CleanWIPE® S/P and ScrubCLEAN™ Sponge, it allows the operator to submerge the Wiper or Sponge completely into the BenchCan, rinse it, then squeeze it out. The Wiper or Sponge then can be reused several times to remove more Paste/Ink from equipment.
	Reduction of Labor Costs Given the amount of mixing containers cleaned on a daily basis, the ScrubCLEAN™ Sponge combined with UltraSORB® Wipers, and/or CleanWIPE® S/P provide a 5-10x reduction in cleaning times, allowing for reduced labor costs.
	Reduction of Solvent The UltraSORB® Wiper, CleanWIPE® S/P and ScrubCLEAN™ Sponge can continue to remove Paste/Ink from equipment even when it is loaded with Paste/Ink. This enables dramatic reductions in the amount of solvent required as the operator can reuse dirty solvent within the BenchCan over and over again.
	Reduction of Hazardous Waste Since the UltraSORB® Wiper, CleanWIPE® S/P, ScrubCLEAN™ Sponge and the BenchCan provide the ability to reuse loaded Wipers, Sponges and dirty solvent over again, it will reduce the amount of Hazardous Waste generated per tool clean. It is much easier and more cost effective recovering Paste/Ink from a liquid form than trying to recover the Paste/Ink by incinerating loaded Wipers and Sponges.

When the lid is closed, solvent fumes do not spread into the room. Soiled but un-torn wipers may be stored on top of the BenchCan with the lid closed.
		Can is filled about half full with solvent. Operator can press the screen down to immerse the Wiper or Sponge completely into the solvent. With Wiper or Sponge wet, rinse out and squeeze. Can use an additional BenchCan dedicated for Final Wipe-Downs only.
