MiraSWAB® - ESD

Description

The MiraSWAB® 1600 Series employs a static dissipative handle and a unique multi-layer tip design to enhance cleaning efficacy. The dual layer tip design employs a microfiber fabric as the cleaning surface over either an inner fabric or foam layer. This two-layer design allows the microfiber to evenly and smoothly interact with the substrate to provide optimal cleaning performance. Tips are constructed with thermal bonding techniques and are completely free of adhesives that may cause contamination. The swab is clean room washed to achieve ultra low particle and extractable levels.

MiraSWAB® is available in a variety of tip designs and handle lengths to offer precision cleaning for hard to reach areas. MiraSWAB® 1600(FC) series swabs with inner foam layer are ideal for cleaning blind and recessed areas as the foam conforms to the surface enhancing first pass cleaning performance. MiraSWAB(TC) swabs are ideal for cleaning optical surfaces with solvents such as acetone, ethyl ether and methanol.
