| Description |
MiraWIPE® is constructed from a continuous filament micro denier polyester, super soft textile resulting in enhanced absorbency and contamination pickup versus traditional polyester wipers. Woven from a no-run, no-stretch textile to minimize In-Use Particles from the face and edge of the wiper. Cleanroom washed and packed, MiraWIPE® is available in configurations to meet Class 1-1000 applications.
| Advantages |
| Unsurpassed cleaning efficiency. By using unique woven fiber construction, particle and organic pickup from glass, plastic, metal, ceramic and metal to metal surfaces is dramatically enhanced. | |
| Reduces cleaning time. Designed to improve particle removal from textured and porous ceramic, anodized aluminum and stainless steel surfaces. | |
| Delivers cleaner tools. No-Stretch woven construction leads to less abrasion generated particle generation and increased edge integrity during wiping. | |
| Extremely low particle, extractable, and Ionic levels. | |
| Titanium-free for advanced wafer fab cleaning applications and available with true sealed edge. | |
| First microfiber wiper compatible with Class 1 clean room. |
| Applications |
| Ideal wiper to clean monomer off CD/DVD mirror blocks. | |
| Engineered to clean trace residues and contamination from Vacuum Chambers so as to minimize tool downtime. | |
| Ideal for cleaning scratch sensitive surfaces such as plastics, optics, and Electro Static Chucks. | |
| Excellent general purpose cleanroom wiper for Semiconductor, Medical Device and Hard Disk Drive manufacturers. |
