Description

PharmaMOP® is designed for all critical cleanroom surfaces
allowing the operator to clean ceilings, walls and floors with
ease. The system combines a patent-pending mop head
optimized to meet label indicated disinfectant contact times and an ultra-lightweight, telescoping handle and frame affording unsurpassed cleaning efficiency. The system, with a saturated mop head, weighs 660 grams (1.45 lbs.) enhancing SOP compliance through improved ergonomics. PharmaMOP® utilizes a simple press fit connection that enables gloved operators to easily attach mop heads. PharmaMOP® is compatible with steam sterilization cycles. PharmaMOP® with EzGLIDE™ mop heads enable the quick, efficient cleaning of surfaces stained with disinfectant residues.

Application Advantages

A two direction 360o swivel and mop head with a 1.5” low profile design enables unsurpassed access to tight spaces reducing uncleanable dead spots.
Abrasion resistant cleanroom fabric over foam construction and Class 100 processing ensure fiber-free mopping of rough, non-skid floors in aseptic, ISO Class 5 rooms.
An all surface, large area design, compatible with pull and figure eight motions, simplify SOPs and reduce costs by eliminating the need for multiple mop types.
Available sterile and manufactured in a ISO 9001:2000 & 13485:2003 certified facility to ease validation testing.
An ultra-lightweight telescoping handle and extensions reduce operator fatigue and cleaning time for high spaces.
EzGLIDE™ microfiber mop heads aid in protocols that involve cleaning sporicides, bleach, glass and high soil areas such as gowning rooms.

ST denotes mop heads Gamma irradiated to 10^-6 SAL. All PharmaMOP^® heads are Lot certified, traceable back to raw materials and autoclave compatible. All PharmaMOP^® heads are individually packed, 10 Pks/Bag, 10 Bags/Case. All PharmaMOP^® components are individually packed. FT424 is packed 10 Bag, 10 Bags/Case. Handle on Model C can be extended to 23 ft. for high access cleaning by adding FT420 and FT423. All plastic components are autoclave-safe nylon or polypropylene. All metal parts are aluminum.


PharmaMOP® Frame & Handle Features

	Available in 14" and 16" (FT414D & FT416D) The ends of the mop frame have been squared off enabling the operator to more easily get into corners.





	Available on both C & D Models

To ease ceiling and wall cleaning, a locking device is available on C and D models to maintain the mop frame in a parallel plane to the wall and ceiling surface. Unlocked, the PharmaMOP® will maintain the swivel motion to ease floor cleaning applications.




	Available on D Model Only

A lever lock has been installed on the handle for a quick release for the extension of the handle from 36" to 61" or anywhere in-between.





The star clips have been made stiffer for more holding power.


PharmaMOP'S® ultra-lightweight reduces operator work loads on all surfaces.		FT416C (handle shown) with FS853 (mop head) is compatible with professional and pulling mopping motions.

SOP cleaning compliance enhanced through increased contact time and residue removal.





			FS856 fits both the 14" and 16" PharmaMOP® frame. A third set of snaps has been added to facilitate a better fit on either mop frame.
