Description

UltraMOP™ SW/L has been designed to clean and disinfect clean room environments. It is a self-wringing mop head constructed by laminating a snag-resistant polyester and micro fiber fabric over a fine-pore urethane foam mechanically affixed to a stainless steel runner. The fabric lamination enhances the application of disinfectant to clean room surfaces while reducing abrasion damage. Mop heads are available in the unique, Bump-PROOF® Wrap-Around design (patent pending) for ISO Class 1 clean rooms. Micro fiber laminated versions provide unsurpassed cleaning efficiency especially for stubborn contamination such as hardened Biofilms and disinfectant residue. UltraMOP™SW/L mop heads are ideal for users who need one style of mopping system in clean rooms. The UltraMOP™SW/L mop head refills are designed to fit on Roll-O-Matic® mop handles. Compatible with Gamma, EtO and steam sterilization processes.

Protective rubber bumpers insure package integrity. MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE AUTOCLAVING.

Part Numbers

Bullet FS605 is a 14" self-wringing, sponge mop with a stainless steel bracket. A double-knit, snag-resistant microfiber fabric is laminated over the working surfaces. This design makes them perfect for heavy duty applications where particulate control is important.

Bullet FS607 is a 14" mop head with microfiber lamination with a stainless steel bracket. The Bump-Proof® Wrap-Around design prevents abrasion-related, particle generation while enabling the mop head to clean and apply disinfectant to walls, ceilings as well as floors.
Bullet FS608 is a 14" mop head with polyester lamination with a stainless steel bracket. The Bump-Proof® Wrap-Around design prevents abrasion-related, particle generation while enabling the mop head to clean and apply disinfectant to walls, ceilings as well as floors. Available in sterile and non-sterile versions.
Bullet FS627 is a 10" mop head with microfiber. Mop head is ideal for cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas in clean room environments. The patent pending, Bump-PROOF® Wrap-Around design prevents abrasion-related, particle generation making this the ideal solution for ISO Class1 clean rooms.
Bullet FS628 is a 10" mop head with polyester lamination. The Bump-PROOF® Wrap-Around design prevents abrasion-related, particle generation while enabling the mop head to clean and apply disinfectant to walls, ceilings as well as floors.

All versions of the UltraMOP®SW/L are Lot certified, individually packed and designed to fit Roll-O-Matic® mop frames with a stainless steel bracket and are compatible with Gamma, EtO and autoclave sterilization. All mops are Lot traceable back to raw materials.
