UltraSOLV® is a highly absorbent, Class 10 Wiper constructed from a naturally reticulated, hydrophilic, polyurethane foam. Using Foamtec International's patented cleaning process and foam technology, UltraSOLV® Wipers are ideal for cleaning critical tools and assemblies. Available as a sponge for use with UltraSOLV® ScrubPADs on wet cleans.
ADVANTAGES
- The unique abrasion resistance and conformable characteristics of UltraSOLV® allow it to clean rough, coarse and bead blasted surfaces that will snag traditional polyester wipers.
- Low levels of particle generation, ionics, organics, lot-to-lot consistency and fiber free construction combined with unsurpassed contamination removal properties make it the ideal tool for the cleaning of critical process equipment.
- Sponge-like absorbency and rinsing characteristics offer the opportunity to significantly reduce wiper usage and hazardous waste generation in equipment PM's.
- Excellent static dissipative and tribo charging properties allow for safe cleaning of static sensitive assemblies, such as wafer transfer chambers in vacuum tools.
