ESD Safe Foam Swabs enable ESD safe swabbing of small components in Cleanrooms where ESD events must be controlled.
CleanWIPE® 1800 Series Foam Swabs combine the best attributes of the 1000 series foam tips with a residue-free static dissipative handle resulting in a precision tool for ESD-sensitive applications.
ESD SAFE FOAM SWAB ADVANTAGES
- Constructed from an inherently static-dissipative handle free of blooming anti stats for applications demanding cleanliness and ESD safety.
- Does not contain metals, silicones, amides or carbon making it ideal for MR and GMR cleaning.
- Cleaned and packed in a Class 10, raised floor cleanroom.

Antistatic ESD Safe Swab Catalog
Features a patent-pending woven micro fiber fabric over foam tip thermally bonded onto a polypropylene handle. This swab is soft and conformable to work surfaces. It is resistant to abrasion and solvents. Contains no contaminating adhesives. The 1600 Series includes an electrostatic discharge ESD) safe handle for sensitive electronics applications.
