Class 3 Medical Devices

GMP Manufacturing
Foamtec’s innovative Sahara + system enables housekeeping staff to clean dried disinfectant and product residues using only water or 70% alcohol. High residue disinfectants such as quats and bleach can be easily cleaned using only water or 70% IPA enabling compliance with Annex 1 regulations without the need to carry out expensive disinfect requalification.
Aseptic Processing
Control of viable and non viable particles are critical in aseptic processing areas. Despite rigorous Cleaning and disinfections SOP’s, sterile fill mangers struggle to control particles, especially visible particles that lead to expensive post filling inspection, rejects and audit observations.
Fine Line Screen Printing
Fine line screen printing is highly susceptible to misprints related to improper wiping of the screen printing masks. UltraSORB foam wipers are widely employed in fine line, high volume screen printing processes used to produce solar cells, MLCC, LTCC, and HDI PCB because they are production proven to reduce ghost, haze streak and pinhole defects.
