The Sahara+ PharmaMOP® is uniquely designed to tackle the difficult cleaning challenges faced by medical device manufacturers. The mop head has the Sahara® Foam laminated over a hybrid microfiber fabric, ultrasonically welded in a GMP cleanroom. The Sahara® Foam and hybrid microfiber fabric work together to dislodge, entrap and remove gross contamination, large fibers, small particulates and bioburdens that are adhered to floors, walls, and ceilings by sticky, disinfectant residues.
The hybrid microfiber and polyester fabric is ideal for entrapping and removing hydrophilic soils, very small particles, and microbial contamination that have been scrubbed loose from the surface by the Sahara® Foam.
