Our ESD safe cleanroom swabs are available in three styles:
- 1600 Series Microfiber Swabs: These swabs feature ultra-clean static dissipative MiraWIPE® fabric tips that are ideal for cleaning optical assemblies. The microfiber fabric has excellent particle removal and retention capabilities, as well as low non-volatile residue levels.
- 1800 Series CleanWIPE Foam Swabs: These swabs have open cell CleanWIPE® polyurethane foam tips that are soft and flexible, making them suitable for cleaning delicate surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. The foam has good solvent resistance and low particle generation.
- 1900 Series UltraSOLV Static Dissipative Foam Swabs: These swabs use open cell static dissipative UltraSOLV® polyurethane foam tips that provide maximum protection against electrostatic discharge. The foam is extremely low in tribocharging and high in absorbency, making it ideal for cleaning low threshold devices such as RF FETS and giant magneto resistive read/write heads.
