Presaturated Cleanroom Microfiber Wipes Optimized for Cleaning and Disinfection Tasks
MiraSAT™ SM 70/30 H is a presaturated microfiber wiper that is optimized for use in GMP facilities that require improved cleaning to comply with the latest regulatory guidance as specified in Annex 1.
The unique woven microfiber fabric of MiraWIPES is designed to simultaneously dislodge and entraps stubbornly adhered residues while eliminating particle shedding associated with heavy-duty equipment cleaning applications in Pharmaceutical and medical device facilities. The microfiber fabric combined with uniform wetting greatly enhances the removal of viable and non-viable particulate contamination. MiraSAT’s super durable weave and sealed edge minimize shedding of fibers even on textured surfaces making it ideal for equipment cleaning tasks. MiraSAT™ is manufactured and processed in an ISO 5 cleanroom. Each pack contains 20 MiraSAT™ wipers and is double bagged to aid cleanroom entry protocols.
MiraSAT™ SM 70/30 H is pre-saturated with 70% USP Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) & 30% Ultrapure Water (UPW), designed for ISO Class 5 cleanrooms. It is ideal for cleaning and disinfection tasks in pharmaceutical and medical device facilities. MiraSAT™ SM 70/30 H can be used with Foamtec’s HPM (High Pressure Mechanical) technique, which involves using the UltraSOLV® ScrubPAD and Sponge to apply high pressure and mechanical force to the surface, followed by wiping with MiraSAT™ SM 70/30 H to remove the loosened contamination. This technique enhances the cleaning efficiency and reduces the wiper usage, hazardous waste, and equipment downtime.
MiraSAT™ SM 70/30 H is suitable for:
- Cleaning of laminar flow hoods, conveyors and tablet presses in pharmaceutical facilities.
- carrying out on press cleaning of injection molds to remove residues from mold cavities and vents
- Cleaning dried and hardened disinfectant residues that lead to rusting of stainless steel equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment in material transfer rooms in GMP cleanrooms.
